We have so much life to nurture.
Our Story
As the founder of the Wellness Council for Compassionate Living, I bring a deep commitment to fostering a more connected, compassionate, and conscious world. With a background in teaching all high school sciences and extensive experience supporting and collaborating across all levels of public school administration, my work is rooted in both educational depth and systemic insight.
My professional journey has included partnerships with social workers, Neurosequential Model in Education (NME), Social Emotional Learning (SEL) teams, and cultural inclusivity leaders, as well as collaborations with special grant initiatives to support elementary school staff and students. These projects centered on integrating neuroscience, trauma-informed practices (TBRI), and systemic interventions that uplift students, educators, families, and administrators in holistic, sustainable ways.
In recent years, I’ve expanded my focus to include another vulnerable population — animals. I work with animal rights nonprofits to help shape vegan messaging that is more accessible, scientifically grounded, and anchored in a moral understanding that animals are sentient beings who deserve dignity, not domination.
After years of outward service, I took time to slow down and recharge — learning and practicing what it means to live compassionately within my own life. This period of restoration led me to deepen my own healing and to step into the role of healer. I now integrate various modalities into my work, including my practice as a Reiki Master, supporting others in reconnecting to themselves, to nature, and to the wisdom of the heart.
One of my greatest joys is helping others bring their visions to life. I’ve often been described as an “idea garden,” where even the smallest spark of inspiration can blossom into a clear, message-ready, and actionable framework. I thrive in co-creative spaces where ideas grow into meaningful change — empowering people and organizations to more fully align with their values and contribute to a more loving, just, and harmonious planet.
“You cannot lead another to a place of healing if you do not know the way yourself.”
